About Us - The Pharm Juice Bar And Kitchen

The Pharm JuiceBar and Kitchen a juice bar and kitchen located in beautiful downtown Duluth. We are a small, family-run business that focuses on fresh juices and smoothies, acai bowls, and other globally-inspired plant-based foods. We are longtime friends who have lived and worked together in Hawaii and Southern California before moving to Duluth. We have years of experience in the juice bar and restaurant industry, have our nutritionist certifications, and are motivated to provide healthy food options to our community.

Giselle started The Juice Pharm in Duluth in 2014, making and delivering juices from rented commercial kitchen spaces, including at one point from our current location when it was known as the Red Herring. Desi moved to Duluth in 2016, giving us the opportunity to partner and work together again. We opened two storefront locations and increased our food offerings, changing our name to The Pharm Juice Bar + Kitchen in order to reflect our growing menu of healthy plant-based food options.

We truly are a family run business. Not only are we best friends, but we are also now sisters, as Giselle recently married Desi’s brother. Our mother works in the kitchen, a brother designed our logo, and our family recently came together to help remodel our new storefront.

We have a passion for plant-based foods, and we want to share it with you! Come downtown to our new location at 208 E. 1st Street. We have your next meal waiting for you!
